Her background is a mixture of experiences and obstacles that have led her to embrace her passion for make-up. Aicha Seck is a 23-year-old make-up artist born in Milan to an Italian mother and a Senegalese father. From a young age, she had a strong connection with art, which was cultivated by her grandfather, a painter and art teacher.

Despite growing up without a father, Aicha’s mother and sisters provided her with invaluable support as she discovered various forms of artistic expression. While she initially tried cake design, towards the end of high school, Aicha realized that make-up was where she could fully express her creativity.

After enrolling in two courses at the “Mud Studio Makeup” academy, with the goal of continuing her studies in the UK, the COVID-19 pandemic forced her to temporarily give up her dream. However, Aicha is determined to cultivate her passion and acquire new skills; she decided to take a longer course at the “MBA Academy” in Milan. Her goal as a make-up artist is to work primarily with the black community, celebrate diversity, and promote self-expression through make-up.

Aicha’s personal story and passion for make-up are intertwined, providing her with the motivation and determination to pursue her dream and define her artistic identity. As she continues to grow as a make-up artist, she looks forward to discovering new techniques and collaborating with different artists.
